Which Countries Do You Ship To?

We offer free shipping to all countries. Your purchased garment will be shipped from Istanbul/Turkey.

How Long Does It Take To Dispatch My Order?

Domestic orders will be sent to your registered delivery address within 3 working days. International orders will be sent to your registered delivery address within 7 working days at the latest. The customized orders will be sent to your registered delivery address within 14 days after we take your body measurements.

What is Your Return Policy?

You can return the items you purchased from Simpleclassyofficial.com within 14 days as of the delivery date. You need to create a return request before sending your item back to us. Size exchanges can be made online. However if you want to change the style of the product you purchased, you need to return the item and then purhcase the product you like. Please note that customized orders can not be exchanged.
